• Do not share confidential, proprietary, client-specific, regulated, or non-public information
• Do not post passwords, credentials, API keys, or sensitive infrastructure details

Posting & Content Standards

• Use clear and descriptive titles for posts
• Search existing discussions before creating duplicate topics
• Keep conversations within the appropriate groups and categories
• Add relevant topic tags to help organize content and improve searchability
• Suggest new tags or groups when needed in the Community Suggestion Box

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Share knowledge, resources, and best practices constructively
• Provide helpful context when asking technical questions
• Credit original authors or sources when sharing external content
• Encourage solutions-oriented discussions

Participation

• External members are welcome to participate in approved discussions and community groups
• Promotional or sales-focused content should be limited unless specifically relevant to the discussion or approved by moderators
• Respect client, partner, and vendor relationships at all times

AI & Third-Party Tools

• Do not upload or share confidential company or client information with external AI tools or platforms unless explicitly approved
• Clearly identify AI-generated content when appropriate
• Verify technical accuracy before sharing generated content or code

Profiles & Identity

• Use your real name and professional identity whenever possible
• Profile images, usernames, and bios should remain professional and appropriate for a business community
• Impersonation or misleading identities are prohibited

Moderation & Community Management

• Moderators may edit, move, lock, or remove content that violates community standards
• Repeated violations may result in restricted access or account removal
• Report inappropriate content, spam, or security concerns to the community administrators
